Caravan Touring Park Terms and Conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.
The site will send you further check-in information on the day of arrival.
PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., ie LOUD MUSIC OFF
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose 
behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Pitches

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
A cable measuring at least 3 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups. (16amp)

Reception

Reception is open from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (24 Hour Telephone Emergency Number) between 01/11 and 31/03.
Reception is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (24 Hour Telephone Emergency  Number ) between 01/04 and 31/10.
Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety/Fires

Barbecues and Small Fires are permitted but must be raised off the ground on the slabs provided and attended by an adult at all times. Hot ashes must be extinguished by dousing in cold water.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area on the Main Carpark

Visitors
Visitors’ cars are permitted on site but arrangements need to be made via reception for parking in the Main Carpark
